General Questions
This is the most common question and concern, but you can relax as you absolutely can’t get high. Our products have 0.0% THC, which is the psychoactive part of the cannabis plant that gives the ‘high’ feeling.
Absolutely! All of our products contain 0.0% THC (and the federal limit is no more than .3% THC), meaning our products are legal in all 50 states to buy and ship across state lines. Furthermore, the 2018 Farm Bill made hemp and all of it’s derivatives federally legal.
Absolutely not! That is one of the biggest concerns we had when getting into this space. The Crossfit community is made up of military, law enforcement, fire fighters, doctors, truck drivers, professionals, etc who get tested regularly and can’t fail a drug test. Some CBD products out there leave trace amounts of THC in them, even though they are under the federal limit of .3%. We didn’t want to take that chance which is why our products are 100% ZERO THC, but still remain full-spectrum.
Technically speaking, full-spectrum and broad spectrum are very similar products. Both use the entire hemp plant, but the broad-spectrum CBD oil takes the extra step to remove the trace amounts of THC, leaving a true 0% THC. Our products are broad-spectrum. While we won’t say anything definitively, there’s tons of anecdotal evidence a CBD isolate does not perform as well as a full-spectrum product does.

While it certainly won’t hurt, there’s no guarantee you’re going to hit any PR’s. However, you will feel a whole lot better, you’ll wake up less sore, and you’ll have excessive happiness… so that’s not a bad thing, right?

CBD Tinctures
More and more information and studies are coming out daily about the benefits of CBD oil, both scientifically and anecdotally. However, due to legal reasons, we can’t explicitly say CBD oil will do this or that for you. All we can say is that many, many people are using our CBD oil and getting great results with it.
The most common way is to squirt the CBD oil under your tongue. Hold it there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing, which is the best delivery method for a tincture product.
There is no ‘official’ recommended dosage amounts. However, we’ve seen that taking 1/2 of a dropper 1-2 times per day is what feels right, and is what most of our customers are doing. We recommend consulting with your doctor if you have questions or concerns about dosage amounts.
This question has 2 answers… (1) It can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour depending on your size, metabolism, etc. When starting out, start with smaller dosages and work your way up slowly over time. Individual results may vary. (2) It is advised you need to take CBD oil daily for 90 days, but you should start to see noticeable results in as little as 30 days.
There are absolutely no side effects to our products unless you are already allergic to any of the ingredients in the product. Check the ingredients list for a full rundown of what’s inside the product. There could be some drowsiness and excessive happiness, but that’s about it.
Of course! The purpose of CBD oil is to help get you OFF other medications. These products are 100% natural and safe while taking other medications. However, if you’re unsure, consult your doctor.
CBD Topicals
NO….. NO…… NO….. NO….. NO….. If you do, rinse out your mouth with water immediately and keep an eye on how your body feels. If you start to feel any change, go to a doctor immediately. While some people have accidentally sprayed it in their mouth, and they’ve had ZERO problems, we’d still rather you be safe.
The easy and simple answer is to apply the topical liberally to the affected area.
If you’re using the relief cream, put your finger in the jar and rub on a good amount. If you’re using the relief spray, 1-2 sprays is perfect. You can either rub the spray on your body, or just let the spray do it’s magic and keep your hands clean. If you’re using the Muscle Gel, it already has a roll-on so just ‘roll’ away until your heart’s content.
The magic behind the CBD topicals is how they work on a chemical level as it interacts with the body. We don’t need to get technical here… just know this stuff really works! What you’re feeling with the ‘icy hot’ sensation is perfectly normal for this product.
Yes… because of 2 things. 1) You’re awesome! and 2) the stuff really works.
For best results, keep ALL of your CBD products in a dry, cool place. Room temperature is perfect and try to avoid extreme heat if possible. It’s perfectly normal to keep extra bottles at home AND in your gym bag so you never are left without your recovery tools.
CBD Bath Bombs
Each bath bomb has slightly different ingredients, but the 2 main things to know is they all use an epsom salt for real recovery and organic essential oils for that silky smooth feeling. If you are a fan of high-quality bath soaps, then you’re going to love our Sexy Bombs.

Callus Remover Tool
When you are ready to sand down your calluses, first make your hands as soft as possible. Washing your hands in hot water for 3-5 minutes works, or right after a shower.
In an up and down motion, sand down your calluses until they are the same level as your skin.
As you sand down your calluses, your tool will be covered in the broken down calluses, which looks like sawdust. To clean, simply rinse the callus remover tool off in warm water. Dry and store in a safe place.
We've used virtually every product on the market, and this one by far is the best. The pumice stones work in a similar fashion, but they can be painful and awkward to hold. Plus, they are messy and leave 'dust' all over the place.
The razor blade takes surgical precision to only cut the callus and not cut yourself. We highly recommend staying away from the razor blades. Plus, if you have one in your bag, you're playing Russian Roulette when reaching in to grab it.
Repair Salve
In simple terms, just remove the twist-off cap and apply generously to the area of skin you want.
If you have ripped or torn calluses with exposed redness, first carefully cut off the excess skin, rinse hand in warm water (it's going to hurt), then dry hand and apply the Repair Salve generously.
Repeat as needed during the day, and daily until skin heals.
For 99% of the situations, it will NOT melt. It's a 'hard' base that is designed to withstand heat before melting, but everything has its limits.
The formula is designed to keep from melting.
Absolutely! If you have a torn callus on your hand, first you need to cut off the excess skin. Get as close as you can without cutting off healthy skin.
Then you need to clean your open sore in case there's bacteria. Rinse your hands in warm water, and be prepared as it's going to sting. It's necessary though.
Once your rip is clean, you can apply the Repair Salve generously on the exposed skin. It's 100% safe and natural.
Our R&D elves are very, very picky... and they rarely are satisfied with quality. When they smell something they like, the fall into a trance and become completely useless for a day.

The two green massage balls are made from rubber. They are dense and sturdy, but not indestructible. If you have a dog who chews up a lot of toys, you know what we mean.
The spiky ball is made of durable plastic that is safe.
Pet CBD Products

If you ask most pet owners, they will agree their pets’ health and wellness is their number one priority. CBD oil is not harmful to any pets but remember to give the correct amounts. Negative reactions to the hemp oil is very unlikely. Consult with your vet if needed to make sure they are getting the correct dosage for their size.
Use 1/4 dropper per 25lbs of body weight for the tinctures, given daily. Once again, consult with your vet if you have questions or concerns about dosage amounts.
